The main house has a total of 3 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, a guest toilet, a comfortable living room, TV room, a formal dining room and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table.
The guest house is divided into two parts; one is an independent apartment with kitchen, dining and living area and a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. There is another double bedroom with en suite bathroom on the other side of the guest house.
The gardens surrounding the houses are beautifully landscaped and the 15x6 meter pool is surrounded by beautiful terraces.
The property was built around 12 years ago to a very high standard with beautiful old wooden doors and beams and hand made terracotta tiles. Facilities include underfloor heating, radiators upstairs and air conditioning. The water supply comes from a private well. In addition, there is a garage for one car and a carport.
