About the property

This modern and light-flooded villa offers a fabulous view of the bay of Puerto Pollensa.

On each of the three levels you have a great outdoor area from where you can enjoy the views. The living area consists of a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest room with bathroom en suite which can be reached through a separate entrance. Three further bedrooms and two bathrooms are available on the lower level. A covered terrace with barbecue, a private bar and another bathroom by the pool area offer enough space to enjoy the summer days with family and friends.

The house is located just a few minutes drive from Puerto Pollensa with its international marina and beach promenade. The perfect place for all sailors and, water sports enthusiasts and families, as the beach with its shallow waters is in the immediate vicinity. The beach promenade has been recently remodeled and now offers plenty of space for visitors who want to enjoy a relaxing beach walk during the day or during the evening hours in the sunset. Puerto de Pollenca also offers an extensive range of exquisite restaurants and trendy cafés.
