The house was built in 1972 and had its last refurbishment in 2018. Built over two floors, with both floors having direct access to terraces which offer amazing views over the bay of Pollensa.
On the second floor you will find the entrance hall, guest toilet, kitchen and a living room with a dining area.
The bedrooms are on the lower floor, with the master bedroom having an en suite bathroom with a sauna while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. Through one of the bedrooms you will also find the well-equipped gym.
A salt water pool surrounded by large terraces boasts beautiful views of the sea and has direct access from the upper terrace.
